Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff:
Since the start of the year, 694 reported data breaches worldwide have impacted more than 612.4 million records. That’s a serious problem.
You can help deter breaches here at USC by adopting smart cybersecurity practices to enhance our resilience. Implementing cybersecurity practices is how we protect our professional and personal networks, devices, and data from unauthorized access or criminal use.
Cybersecurity should be a daily practice for us all.
We’ve enjoyed seeing many of you at our annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month sessions and the weekly Trojan Farmer’s Market. There’s still time to learn how to strengthen your cybersecurity practices as we wrap up USC’s annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities.
What to Know
Our TrojanSecure team from USC’s Information Security unit has a few more Cybersecurity Awareness Month events. We welcome your participation in our activities all year round.
