USC Commencement Update
We are excited to share some preliminary information about our upcoming 2026 commencement and event schedule in order to assist graduates and their families with their planning.
Main Commencement Ceremony
This year’s main stage commencement will take place in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
Commencement Week Events
While we are still finalizing plans for the rest of the week’s ceremonies and celebrations, we can share the following:
- The Baccalaureate ceremony—an interfaith gathering and evening of reflection—will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in Bovard Auditorium.
- The majority of individual school ceremonies will take place on Friday, May 15, 2026, at various locations across the University Park Campus, or at the Shrine Auditorium, Galen Center, or Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The school ceremonies for Rossier and Keck will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Galen Center.
- Individual school doctoral/Ph.D. ceremonies and special recognition celebrations will take place on Wednesday, May 13, and Thursday, May 14, 2026.
