Dear University Community,
Mindful USC classes start soon! Click here to register now!
The Office of the Provost is pleased to announce that Mindful USC’s virtual and in-person mindfulness classes are now open for spring enrollment and are free for all USC students, faculty, staff and alumni.
For over a decade, Mindful USC has been offering programs that have become beloved to the Trojan community because they offer a refuge in the midst of the activity, challenges, and opportunities of personal, professional, and academic life. Each Mindful USC class, workshop, or retreat provides a calming and engaging space for members of our community to gain insight, build resilience, cultivate clarity, kindness and joy, and learn new skills for navigating life’s ever-emerging complexities, all while fostering a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and to others.
Alongside our signature Mindful USC classes and drop-in groups, we’re delighted to introduce some wonderful new experiences for you, including mindful productivity offerings, nature-based offerings, and classes designed to promote play and positive emotions. For mindful movement, our partner program, Yoga USC, offers free yoga classes.
As we begin the spring semester together, may you find moments of ease, moments of connection, and moments of joy. May you meet yourself and others with kindness. We look forward to practicing with you at Mindful USC.
Classes are free, and do fill up quickly. You may sign up for Mindful USC offerings on their website.
In community,
Andrew T. Guzman
Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs
