12/2 – Integrity and Accountability Code

Greetings Trojan Community,

We are pleased to share with you USC’s new Integrity and Accountability Code which updates our Code of Ethics.

The Code was developed with extensive input from our community and is guided by our six Unifying Values: integrity; excellence; well-being; diversity, equity, and inclusion; open communication; and accountability. It applies to all of us in our work for USC and is a resource as we strive to fulfill our mission and serve our students, our patients, and our community.

The day-to-day decisions we make, big and small, contribute to our success and shape our future. The Code helps us align these decisions with our mission, values, and compliance obligations, so that any success we achieve is built on a solid and sustainable foundation.

We encourage you to explore the Code for yourself and thank you for living our values in all that you do.

Sincerely,
