3/1: Employees encouraged to make vaccination appointments

Most USC employees meet the criteria for vaccination at public vaccination centers. Each employee is encouraged to make an appointment at the most expedient location: through pharmacies, retailers, large-scale public vaccination sites or through your current health care provider.

USC Student Health continues to work through groups of on-site employees based on occupational risk prioritization. If you are eligible, you will receive an email to your USC email account from your Human Resources Partner.

Keck Medicine of USC is also administering vaccines to people 65 or older, and people ages 16 to 64 who work in health care, education and childcare, emergency services or food and agriculture. Appointments are required.

Faculty and staff members should ensure their vaccination records at USC are updated. People who receive vaccinations through USC Student Health will have their vaccination automatically recorded in MySHR; people receive vaccinations elsewhere must upload a photo of their vaccine card to MySHR. Faculty and staff who choose not to get vaccinated should complete the declination form and upload it into MySHR. (Note: declinations forms are no longer accepted, as of revised university policy dated June 29)
