- The university is closely monitoring the increased spread of the omicron variant on our campuses, in the community and at institutions of higher education nationally.
- We are committed to keeping our campuses safe in the spring. We are evaluating a number of options for the spring semester and will announce any changes, such as a remote start, by the end of next week. Any decisions we make will be based on evidence-based practices and public health guidance. We have no intention of having a remote spring semester and are planning to continue in-person instruction for spring 2022.
- The university is likely to require booster shots in the spring semester. Everyone is urged to get their booster as soon as possible, and upload the record to mySHR.
