8/20 – New Extension Period (Friday 8/27 deadline) for Trojan Check Requirements

Students are advised of an extension period for your COVID-19 surveillance test; and for completing the “Hygiene Health and Safety” learning module in Trojan Learn (https://trojanlearn.usc.edu).

If you are vaccinated and your Trojan Check is showing as “noncompliant” for either of these two reasons; you have until Friday, August 27 at 12 midnight to complete these requirements.

COVID-19 Testing (Pop Testing Program)

We strongly recommended you complete your surveillance test by Wednesday, August 25.

Please note that the MySHR Covid Screening scheduling page is experiencing high volumes and may be temporarily unavailable. If you are unable to schedule a test ahead of time, you may walk in without an appointment.

It is recommended you pick up a kit in advance, at Pardee Marks (UPC), Jefferson Lot (UPC), Eric Cohen (HSC), or Pappas Quad (HSC) and drop off at a later time after saliva collection. Samples are valid for 12 hours after collection.

Please have your USC ID and sample ready for scanning to expedite the process when you drop off. Please review the instructions for sample collection.

As a reminder, external testing, including “rapid tests” are not accepted for the surveillance testing program.
