All students (except those in online degree programs) must be vaccinated for COVID-19 or submit a personal declination. Submit proof of vaccination or the declaration form by July 15. (Note: declinations forms are no longer accepted, as of revised university policy dated June 29)
All students must complete the online module “Health, Hygiene and Safety for Students.” The module takes approximately 10 minutes and will be available trojanlearn.usc.edu. starting Aug. 1.
