1/5: COVID-19 vaccine availability for the USC community

In accordance with government guidelines, USC’s initial vaccines are going to health care workers.

The next phase will include essential workers (on-site employees) and faculty, staff and students over age 75 who are permitted to work or study on-site at campus facilities. The time frame and pace of vaccine distribution is not yet known, and is dependent on availability of vaccines.

Update sessions with USC Student Health on COVID-19 screening, testing and vaccines have been scheduled:

  • Q&A for faculty and staff: 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8 (invitation will come via USC email; recording available later).
  • Q&A for parents: 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12 (webinar registration to come).
  • Q&A for student leaders: 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15 (invitation will come via email; recording available later).
